Returns & Exchanges

At Pitshirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
